If you mention that you are with the "Gypsy Event", or "Black Forest Gypsies", they will give you the group rate.  The rate for a single is  $67.50 (queen or king bed), and for a double, $79.00 which is either a mini suite or room with two beds.

You can reserve your room online, the online "Best Rate" (currently) is about the same as the event rate.   If you do book online, while going through your reservation, on the "Reservation Details" page in the "Additional Comments & Requests" field, please write "Gypsy Event", so that they will know that you are here for the Gypsy Extravaganza.  We hope to have an arrival packet available for guests staying at our hotel,  that they can hand out to everyone pre-reserved under the "Gypsy Event" group.

(Note, the hotel tells me that "gypsy event" is not coming through on some of the reservations, so to assure that you are listed for the gypsy benefits, it is probably best to call to reserve your room instead of doing it online)
